& Shipping

  • Yes, all fine art prints are signed by the artist unless otherwise stated.

  • Yes. Choose any three individual greeting cards from the SoulBird Art collection for £10 and mix and match any designs you like. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

  • Prints and greeting cards are carefully packaged to protect them during delivery. Fine art prints are sent in a protective sleeve with backing board and sturdy outer packaging, while greeting cards are supplied with their envelopes and securely packaged for posting.

  • How will my order be packaged?

    Every SoulBird Art order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

    Fine art prints are placed in a protective sleeve, supported by sturdy greyboard and enclosed in a rigid cardboard mailer to help prevent bending during transit.

    Greeting cards, books, oracle and tarot decks, and calendars are also securely packaged in rigid cardboard mailers or sturdy cardboard boxes, depending on their size.

    If you have any special delivery requirements, please get in touch before ordering.

  • Delivery costs are calculated according to your order and destination and are shown at checkout.

    UK delivery is free on orders of £40 or more.

    Free international delivery on orders of £80 or more is currently available to the USA, Canada and Australia.

    For European destinations not available at checkout, please contact me.

  • Yes. SoulBird Art ships to the UK and selected international destinations. Available delivery options will be shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • International orders are shipped from the UK and may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees.

    For other destinations, where import charges are not included in the delivery price, these are the responsibility of the recipient and may be payable upon delivery.

    If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact me and I'll be happy to arrange shipping for you.

  • Please contact me if there is a problem with your order. As many SoulBird Art products are made or prepared to order, return eligibility may vary depending on the item. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with photographs so I can help resolve the issue.
