‘The Goddess of Virgo – An Earth Element’ celebrates the grounded, gentle nurturing nature of Virgo – an Earth sign associated with Reliability, Truth, Wounded-Healer archetype, Discernment, our deep connection to the natural world and of being in deep compassionate service to the world.
An embodiment of the Divine Feminine, she reminds us to return to what is simple and true, to honour the sacred in the everyday and to nurture ourselves with the same care we so readily offer to others. Virgo carries an energy of calm, grace and strength, inviting us to slow down, listen within and find beauty in the details.
Part of my original Zodiac Goddess Collection, this one-of-a-kind watercolour was painted over a decade ago during the early years of SoulBird Art, following my much-loved Chakra Goddesses series. Although the original paintings remained safely in my studio, their imagery has travelled far, appearing in Kindred Spirit Magazine (2016) and the Moon Time Diary by Iris Detenhoff (2018), becoming some of my most recognised and much-loved artworks.
Now, for the first time, I am releasing each original painting in harmony with its zodiac season. Whether you're a Virgo, searching for a unique astrology gift, or simply feel drawn to her gentle, grounding Earth energy, perhaps she has been waiting all these years to find her forever home.
