Original Watercolour Painting | The Zodiac Goddess Collection
‘The Goddess of Scorpio – A Water Element’ celebrates the deep, mysterious and transformative nature of Scorpio – a Water sign traditionally ruled by Mars and, in modern astrology, associated with Pluto. Scorpio embodies Transformation, Emotional Depth, Intuition, Intimacy, Truth, Regeneration and the courage to journey beneath the surface.
She is an embodiment of the Divine Feminine, reminding us not to fear the depths within, but to meet them with courage and honesty. Scorpio invites us to embrace the cycles of release and renewal, shedding what has served its purpose so that something more authentic can emerge. Intensely intuitive and emotionally perceptive, she encourages us to look beyond appearances, honour our deepest truths and recognise the power that comes from allowing ourselves to transform.
Like still waters that run deep, Scorpio carries an energy of mystery, passion and quiet strength. She reminds us that vulnerability and power can exist together, and that through surrendering what we have outgrown, we create space for healing, rebirth and a deeper connection with ourselves and others.
Part of my original Zodiac Goddess Collection, this one-of-a-kind watercolour was painted over a decade ago during the early years of SoulBird Art, following my much-loved Chakra Goddesses series. Although the original paintings remained safely in my studio, their imagery has travelled far, appearing in Kindred Spirit Magazine (2016) and the Moon Time Diary by Iris Detenhoff (2018), becoming some of my most recognised and much-loved artworks.
Now, for the first time, I am releasing each original painting in harmony with its zodiac season. Whether you're a Scorpio, searching for a unique astrology gift, or simply feel drawn to her deep, transformative Water energy, perhaps she has been waiting all these years to find her forever home.
