Shamanic Worlds portrays the three realms often spoken of within shamanic cosmology: the Upper World, the Middle World and the Lower World.

These are not places of fantasy, but spirit realms accessed through altering our layers of perception. The Upper World is often associated with higher guidance and luminous teachers. The Middle World reflects the spirit woven through ordinary reality. The Lower World is the realm of ancestral memory, animal allies and deep earth wisdom.

This painting serves as a visual map. A reminder that reality is layered and alive, and that the shamanic practitioner learns to move with awareness between these dimensions in service of healing and insight.
