Make it stand out
She sits at the still point where Earth, Air, Fire and Water meet. In one hand she holds the feather, breath of sky and wind; in the other, the living flame, symbolic of the souls transformation through life.
Rooted as mountain, fluid as river, bright as ember and vast as horizon, she remembers what many have forgotten, that the elements are not outside of us, but within us, they are a part of us.
In meditation, she communes with the forces that shape all life, walking in harmony with their power and their tenderness.
The Sacred Elements is a re-membering medicine that we are not separate from nature. We are Earth embodied, Water flowing and emoting, Fire awakening and transforming, Air communing and moving through form.
When we live in harmony with the elements within, we return to harmony with the world itself.
