I am a Seer and channel, walking in relationship with a Great Council of spirits known as The Grandmothers, wise and compassionate beings who tend the ancient fires of Earth, the ancestors, the liminal, and Soul.
A SPIRIT EMBODIED OFFERING
The Grandmothers do not arrive as doctrine, nor do they offer fixed answers to those seeking guidance. Their voice moves through symbol, sensation, myth and metaphor. It is a bone-deep knowing. A remembering that settles in the body before it reaches the mind.
This is Spirit Embodied work. It is the practice of listening through the body and honouring the sacred relationship between Spirit and flesh.
Rather than leaving the body, I open it. The Grandmothers draw near and speak through my living presence. It is a willing and sovereign act of devotion, one that requires steadiness, consent and trust.
This is not about handing down spiritual instruction. It is about awakening inner guidance, creating lights upon our souls path. What comes through these channelled messages is not something to follow blindly, but something to meet within yourself.
At the heart of this work is relatedness. We are not separate from Spirit, from one another, or from the living Earth. We are participants in a shared field of consciousness. The remembering begins when we recognise this.
You are invited to arrive as you are, with reverence and curiosity, and with a listening heart.

WHO ARE THE GRANDMOTHERS?
The Grandmothers are a Great Circle of feminine wisdom, ancient elders of the unseen and spirits of the living Earth who have walked alongside humanity across time.
Some are ancestral presences who once lived as humans. Others are animistic forces of land, element, and threshold, woven into the natural cycles of life. Often overlooked, yet essential.
They draw close when our inner flames burn low and the soul needs tending.
Their medicine is steady. Compassionate. Fierce when truth is required.
They remind us, again and again, that you are not walking alone.
ABOUT ROBERTA ORPWOOD
Roberta Orpwood is a shamanic medicine artist and Seer devoted to exploring the living relationship between spirit, soul and the land. Her work is grounded in embodied spiritual practice, where the Grandmothers’ wisdom is invited to move through voice and image.
My relationship with the Grandmothers began long before I had words for who they were. They walked with me as protectors, teachers, and quiet companions through my initiations through life. They were a presence felt in the bones, in dream, in the liminal spaces between.
In 2020, during a season of great upheaval, their voices rose more clearly and asked for deeper devotion: not only to receive their guidance, but to help carry it into the world through voice, visionary art, and shamanic ceremony.
I am a shamanic medicine artist, a mystic and Seer. I serve as an Oracle for the Grandmothers, translating what is given through voice, image and embodied presence.
My work moves between worlds, offering what comes through while trusting you to meet it through your own direct revelation.

Earth Embers Oracle — Grandmothers Speak is a 52-card oracle deck of channeled teachings and original medicine paintings, created through years of ceremony and communion with the Grandmothers.
This deck is a bridge — a living map of songlines, symbols, and thresholds — offered to support the re-seeding of ancient knowing within our human lives.
