I spent a nourishing Sunday afternoon with Roberta and Martin at their Water Ceremony Sound Bath in Barnes. The sound ceremony enveloped and seemed to elevate and calm me. I particularly enjoyed the Q&A session at the end of the ceremony where our small group were introduced to the resonating bowls, chimes and gong which had created that particular oasis of calm...Love and Gratitude.
